The ProCharge BESS is a three-phase, hybrid-ready solution built for performance, flexibility and sustainability. It features:

  • 120kWh battery storage
  • Deployable 5,280W solar array made up of 12x 440W high-efficiency panels
  • Output up to 45kVA, making it ideal for large site compounds and high-demand applications
  • Seamless integration with HVO/diesel generators (commonly 100kVA) for hybrid setups
  • Skid-mounted design compatible with standard UK 3-phase distribution boards
  • Remote monitoring via integrated controller and GPS tracking

This robust, solar-first power solution enables construction teams to run bigger sites for longer – all without constant refuelling, diesel emissions, or disruptive noise.

Proven Results on Kier’s A417 Project

ProCharge was first deployed as a prototype on Kier’s A417 Missing Link Project, where it delivered impressive real-world savings. In just five months, the unit helped save:

  • Over £32,500 in fuel costs
  • More than 62,500 kg of COe
  • With projected annual savings topping £69,000 and COe reductions of 150,000 kg per year

That trial used a smaller 8-panel setup. The production unit – now upgraded to 12 panels – is even more powerful and efficient, reinforcing Prolectric’s commitment to engineering solutions that perform under pressure.
