The ProPower unit managed itself – I could predict when it would need fuel, so it took very little of my time to manage. We were typically refuelling only every 3 months, versus weekly on a diesel generator. Through summer it didn’t need any at all. Once we sorted one minor issue (someone pushed the emergency stop button), there were no noise complaints. It’s a step in the right direction – we’re not releasing carbon when we don’t need to.

Working with Prolectric has transformed the A417 ‘Missing Link’ project. Their innovative, sustainable solutions exceeded expectations, delivering cost savings and reducing our carbon footprint. Remote monitoring improved efficiency, and reduced noise and emissions created a better environment. With projected annual savings of £638k and CO2e cuts of 800,000 kg. Their support made the transition effortless and their solutions have set a new standard for powering major infrastructure projects.
