When motion is detected, the lights switch to 100% brightness, providing maximum light levels for enhanced visibility and safety. After 30 seconds of no movement, the lights return to 30% brightness, optimising battery usage and maximising efficiency.

Unlike other solar street light manufacturers in the UK, we offer a 3-PIR sensor solution for greater detection of movement. The great thing about Prolectric’s ProLights is the solar lights have performed really well since we took delivery earlier this year. The LED lighting quality and the fact they produce zero noise and zero emissions makes them ideal for our Hemington compound. Being able to remotely connect to the Tower Lights ensures that they can be measured and monitored all year round making it easy for Costain to report on the huge fuel and carbon savings. In addition to measuring and monitoring, the control menus can be remotely accessed at any time so we can easily and quickly change the on/off settings as well as all the other menu options.
Engineer
After researching the product more, we decided to install 20x Prolectric ProTemp Temporary Solar Street Lights onsite. The deployment took less than an hour. The ProTemps produced an excellent level of light and I am pleased with their performance through the harsh winter months. As well as the savings from zero running costs, it has been fantastic to use a renewable lighting product from Prolectric. It otherwise would have taken 4 to 6 weeks to get power to site at a great expense.
