As a Key Account Manager, I take care of our large scale Permanent Lighting and Bespoke project customers at Prolectric. I work together with our customers to review upcoming projects, attend site walks with customers to gather their requirements, liaise with our R&D team to get lighting designs and obtain technical data when needed and assist customers with a proposal and quotation in order for them to make informed decisions.
I try to get as much information from the customer as possible, to ensure that the product we recommend and supply is to the specification which best suits the customer’s needs, provides lighting to the required standard and works reliably, all-year round.
We have a 13-year track record of providing solar-only lighting to the UK market. Our products have more efficient solar panels than any other solar street lights available on the market and they feature a lower wattage LED light head, but with a high lumen to watt output, to enable year-round, low maintenance running and still provide lighting to a standard which conforms to BS5489-1:2020 British Lighting Standards.
We have become specialists in solar-only lighting and it is evident when looking at competitors who have not yet been able to supply solar lighting without it experiencing issues, particularity during the winter months in the UK.
